Hi! I lived in Baroda till 1992 when I moved to the US. Went
to Kendriya Vidyalaya Harni Road till X, and did XI & XII from Jeevan Sadhana (Eng.
Med.). Joined Medical College Baroda in 1981 and finally finished MS (General Surgery) in
1991 from the MS University. Was active in Air Wing NCC. I am a gastroenterologist now and
married to Rajul (Khanderia), have two kids and happily living in Michigan, USA. It is
very nostalgic to surf this VERY NICE site and think of the great times in the wonderful
Baroda. I come to Baroda every 1-2 years and find it increasingly congested. However in
the burgeoning urban jungle, it is neat to identify old landmarks that trigger a trip to
memory lane. I still love Baroda and will always have a bond. Somehow, I have trouble
accepting Vadodara (Maybe, it is just harder to pronounce) as the new name. I hope to get
an e-mail or two from long lost friends. Pramod Malik
